Your Credit Card / Debit Card Security
At Snugabell™ Mom & Baby Gear, we take the security of your personal information very seriously. Therefore, we do not accept orders via e-mail, however, we will gladly accept your orders online, by fax or by phone. When you make a purchase on the Snugabell™ website, your payment information is handled either by PayPal or by Vortex CMS and is NOT shared with us.
PayPal is an industry leader in Antifraud, Data Encryption and Anti-Identity Theft Safeguarding. They use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). For more information, please visit the PayPal site.
Vortex CMS e-commerce transactions are secured by SSL encryption to protect your payment information. The Snugabell™ website undergoes rigorous site scanning and analysis by a third party to certify the PCI compliance that is required by Visa and Mastercard. All graphic images, photographs, drawings, text and articles are the property of Snugabell™ Mom & Baby Gear Ltd and may not be published or distributed, including posting to newsgroups, archives, FTP sites, bulletin boards or web pages without expressed written consent from Wendy Armbruster Bell. Reproduction of any of the aforementioned items from this web site, including manipulation of said items, is strictly prohibited.

Actual shipping times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by situations beyond our control (e.g. customs delays, holidays, bad weather, attempted deliveries, incorrect shipping addresses, etc.)
We do not profit from shipping costs. Please visit the Canada Post website to compare our shipping rates.
We currently ship 3 times per week: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Our order cut-off is NOON (PST) on the day previous. If your order is not received before the cut-off then it will be shipped the next shipping day.
Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
Warranty & Returns
Your Warranty
PumpEase™ hands-free pumping supports are warranted for a period of 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship.
Your 100% Money-Back Guarantee
If for ANY reason you are not happy with your PumpEase™ hands-free pumping support, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund (less shipping). Merchandise must be in resalable condition.
We will process your return / exchange within 10 business days and notify you once we have done so. If you requested a refund, we will process it in the same manner as the original payment.
You are responsible for return shipping fees. If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply on the replacement item.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, please contact us to arrange the return shipment and we will credit you in full (including return shipping).

How long will it take for your PumpEase™ hands-free pumping support to arrive?
If you are in Canada, it will take 2-8 business days via Standard Shipping and 1-2 business days via Xpresspost. If you are in the USA, it will take 4-10 days via Air Mail and 3-5 business days via XPresspost USA. Please see Shipping for more information.
What size should you choose if you are in-between two sizes on our chart?
We recommend choosing the smaller size if you are in-between two of our sizes.
What fabric are PumpEase™ hands-free pumping supports made from?
We exclusively use an 88% high-count polyester/12% spandex micro fiber tricot knit. This exceptional technical fabric delivers high-performance & durability, comfort & softness against the skin, ease of care, excellent stretch & memory, breathability, and quick-dry & wicking qualities.

How do you use your PumpEase™ hands-free pumping support?
Wrap PumpEase™ hands-free pumping support around your chest and fasten in the front over your nursing bra, nursing top (lower panels first) or over nothing at all. Insert the breast pump horns into the openings, centering over your nipples and start pumping. You will enjoy having both hands free for checking email, taking phone calls, banking online, writing thank you cards or tending to baby - all while pumping!

Size Charts
General Size Chart - use your maternity or nursing bra as a guideline
If this is your first baby, it is best to be fit for a nursing bra during the last month of pregnancy. This is approximately the same size you'll be once breastfeeding is established. Avoid being fit for a nursing bra in the first two weeks after giving birth, which is when most Moms are "fullest"; things level off once your body adjusts to your baby's demand. Your nursing bra should be comfortable on the middle hook when new.
Most women increase one band size and one cup size, but there are no guarantees. If you have had previous children (and can remember what size your nursing bra was!), usually you can use this as a guide for your current pregnancy.
Overbust Measurement Size Chart
It is estimated that 70-85% of women are wearing the wrong bra size. Therefore, if you are unsure that the bra you are currently wearing is the correct size or if you are in-between sizes and want to double-check which size of PumpEase™ to buy, please take a measurement over the largest part of your bust and refer to the chart below. When taking this "overbust" measurement, please be standing in front of a mirror (or have a helper) so that you can be sure the measuring tape remains parallel to the floor (especially in the back where it will have a tendency to sag). Hold the tape snugly, however don't constrict your breasts. If you are still unsure which size of PumpEase™ to purchase, please email us with "sizing" in the subject line. We'd love to help!
PumpEase™ hands-free pumping support needn't be overly tight - it should, however, fit snugly enough so that it holds the horns in place during the pump's "rest" cycle. Think of when you are nursing - your baby's face is not pressed tight against your breast, is it? The suction of the pump does the work, not the pressure of the horns.
